Train to dance in a real music video 🎥
Dorado Dance is a special school of dance that trains kids, teens and young adults (ages 11 to 18+) to learn a dance choreography and take part in an exceptional co‑created music video.
Each session centers on a different singer who performs the song for that session — sometimes the same singer returns, but the project changes every time. It consists of 16 after‑school courses of one hour. When the choreography and rehearsals are ready, participants perform for the shooting of the music video.
Only 21 participants admitted per session !

2 LESSONS
The first two lessons are a gentle, feel-good welcome into the program where we help kids fall in love with movement and their own bodies; through playful games and simple exercises they learn to notice how their muscles, balance, and breath work together so dancing feels natural and fun. This soft start builds confidence and body awareness—because if you want to dance, the best place to begin is by feeling good in your own skin and enjoying what your body can do.
-
3 LESSONS
Now after getting acquainted with your body, it's time to start dancing and learning the basics. The next three are perfect for newcomers ready to have fun while they learn :
The first lesson focuses on the lower body—footwork, posture, and leg mechanics to build a solid foundation;
The second lesson concentrates on the upper body—arms, chest, and head movement to add expression and balance;
The third lesson brings it all together with a full-body technique and coordinated footsteps so students can combine lower and upper-body skills into smooth, confident dance sequences.
-
6 LESSONS
The next six lessons will be fully dedicated to learning the choreography. That means focused group work: building coordination, synchronizing movements, and developing awareness of your own placement just as much as watching and responding to your fellow dancers.
Expect detailed counts, section-by-section breakdowns, partner and group alignment exercises, and repeated run-throughs to lock timing and spatial patterns.
Outcome — By the end of the six lessons, the group will have mastered the choreography for the music video with consistent timing, clean formations, cohesive styling, and the confidence to perform on set.
If you don’t feel ready at this stage, don’t worry, there is always room for a last practice somewhere down the road.

3 LESSONS
Over the next three lessons we’ll focus on dancing in front of a camera: where to place your gaze so it doesn’t look like you’re staring into the lens, how to move confidently while the camera moves around you, and strategies to feel relaxed and self-assured on camera. These sessions double as extra choreography practice — you’ll refine timing, transitions, and expression under the same conditions you’ll perform in, so each take is both camera training and a rehearsal that makes your routine stronger and more camera-ready.
-
2 LESSONS
The last two lessons are a full dress rehearsal for the music video: we’ll run the choreography start-to-finish exactly as it will be filmed, lock in every move and timing for the camera, try on costumes to confirm fit and comfort, and tweak anything that doesn’t feel great when you’re dancing. Think of it as the final run-through where we polish performances, cement formations, and make sure you not only look amazing but feel confident in every step.
After that, what comes next is the actual shooting.

1 to 2 DAYS
Filming the actual music video means shooting the dance sequences in real conditions, which typically takes one to two days depending on the context, specific needs, and occasionally the locations. Because many cast members are children, they may need one or two days off from school; whenever possible we schedule filming during holidays or weekends to minimize disruption. It’s a thorough process—the children have been preparing for two months, and every detail of the shoot is planned to make the performance shine while keeping the schedule and wellbeing of the young dancers a top priority.
Program:
Age split
21 students per session divided into 3 groups of 7 !
Children’s learning and growth vary by age, so we make sure every student feels comfortable in class. While we encourage mixed-age interaction, an 11-year-old can feel intimidated dancing alongside 18+ adults, which is why we divide practice into age-appropriate groups. That said, groups may come together for a full-company choreography or special project when the opportunity and artistic needs call for it.

Special guest dancer instructors
Each session features a special guest instructor — a celebrated dancer who leads the group through choreography up to the music video shoot. We consistently bring in well-known celebrity talent who’ve made significant contributions to the dance world, giving participants an unforgettable, star-powered experience.
